Nell laughed again and bent to get the fire going. She was always a bit surprised at how easily the finesse needed to prime the hot water heater came back to her. Still there'd be hot water to wash the dishes and enough left for a short shower or two.

As for sleeping... there were clean sheets in the closet and one of the other bedrooms would surely do, though part of her wanted her own cot.

When Gladio returned there was water heating on the stove and a few of the Cup Noodles she'd brought along set out for him. "You can pick ay room you like to sleep in," she said with a smile. "There are plenty to choose from."
